INVITATIONS FOR BIDS (IFB)
The Procurement of Medical Consumables and Medical Equipments

      1. The Principal Recipient of Ministry of Health has received a Grant from the Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria (hereinafter called The PR) in United States Dollars and allocated financial resources towards the cost of Partnership for going to scale with Proven interventions for HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this Grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Package A: Medical Consumables and Package B: Medical Equipments.

    2. The National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STD (NCHADS) of the Ministry of Health who is the National Program, now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the supply Package A: Medical Consumables and Package B: Medical Equipments.

    3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STD at the address below.

    4. A complete set of bidding documents in English will be available for distribution at no cost to eligible and qualified bidders from July 06, 2010 at the address below during working hour (7:30-12:00 and 14:00-17:30, Monday to Friday).

    5. Bidders are required to submit full quantity of each item.

    6. All submitted bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid amount in USD and must be delivered to NCHADS, Attention,[Dr. Mean Chhi Vun, Director, No. 245 H, Street 6 A, Phum Kean Klang, Sangkat Prek Leap, Khan Russey keo, Phnom Penh, Cambodia] on or before 10:00 hrs on August 04, 2010. The bid security must be placed inside the bid package.

   7. Bids will be opened by Bid Evaluation Committee in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10:15 hrs on  August 04, 2010 at the office of NCHADS:

   8. Bids shall be valid for 90 (ninety) days after the deadline of bid submission stipulated above.
